Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in their very busy Property in

Near Stratford upon Avon and south of Redditch. The Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.

  • Experience in Hotels at Senior level
  • Experience of Banqueting
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Enforcing high levels of hygiene and health and safety
  • Experience In Hotels and Kitchen Management

 

In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of £27,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday which grows the longer you work for the company.  There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual.
