Breathtaking luxury Hotel, Restaurant & Spa seeking a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef, to come in and add an element of consistency to this stable and dedicated 2AA Rosette brigade.

You will bring your own brand of management and creative hunger to the devoted kitchen, along with your strong work ethic and absolute desire to succeed.

Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but all hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear path will be seriously considered.

The Head Chef has worked his way from the ground up working with a handful of Michelin Star Chefs. He knows how to treat people and he looks after his team fantastically well.

Working with fresh ingredients, of course, utilising an abundance of local and artisan suppliers and producers, the food has elements of classic tradition but with a modern cutting edge. As the Sous Chef you will be actively encouraged to get involved with your own creative input in this area.

Strong administrative and people management is essential, you will be acting as a classical Sous managing and developing the junior team members and running the show in the Head Chefs days off.
