If you are a Junior Sous or a strong CDP looking for that next step in your career, this could be a great move up into the world of managing a kitchen in a senior role.

 

You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu which consists of mainly British/European dishes with some elements of classical French cuisine. If you have your own ideas and dishes then you will have the freedom to include these on the Specials and for the events and functions that the Hotel host.

 

It’s a small team, but everyone gets along well and NOBODY works the ridiculous hours that some have come to expect from this industry.
