Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in a well-run established Fine Dining
Restaurant just 10 minutes from Newport in Wales.  The Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced driven individual, who has the ability to work with Two Rosette standard of cooking and at the same time deal with a high volume of covers.  This is a great role for the right individual and requires 100% Dedication. In return it offers a great salary package.

This a great opportunity with a very competitive salary for an energetic and hardworking chef, ideal for a very strong Junior Sous Chef or a current Sous Chef looking for a new role.  You will have great company benefits working in a great location in return for your hard work and dedication.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:

 

Former experience at Sous Chef level

Experience at Rosette level preferable and a solid fresh food background

Driver Preferable

Training new team members

Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety

My client is offering up to £25,000 per annum plus fantastic company benefits.
