I have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Beautiful Gastro Pub which is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and to join a friendly kitchen team. All of the food is freshly prepared on site working with the freshest of ingredients. The plush new venue has been completely redesigned and will be producing a very classy Gastro Pub menu which will change often to allow the Chefs to constantly react to changing seasons and trends.
This Brand New Gastro Pub will be one of the most exciting sites in the area.
The Sous Chef should have:
Fresh food background
Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills
Former experience at Sous Chef level
Training new team members
My client is offering a fantastic £25,000 per annum +£5,000 in tips
Current Junior Sous or Sous Chef ideal
