My client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has worked in some high-volume environments and has previous experience of running a busy kitchen. I am looking for individuals who have proven experience in high volume establishments and who are experienced in fresh food cooking. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a recently completely re-furbished kitchen, which has all the modern equipment and a fantastic kitchen layout.
