My Client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their kitchen team working with the established team lead by an experienced Head Chef.

The food is all fresh, homemade and sourced from small independent local suppliers. The menu varies from traditional pub classics to restaurant style dishes on the specials menu which is changed daily.

Experience/skills required:

Applicant should be enthusiastic and hardworking, with a proven track record, ideally with experience working at Sous Chef level or above in a fresh food, high volume kitchen for a minimum of two years.

All positions include uniform, full training and support, career progression and the chance to be part of a great team
