The Restaurant is completely fresh food and gets busy, so requires a very organised individual who can handle the heat In a busy kitchen.
This a great role with a very competitive salary for an energetic chef ideal for a Junior Sous Chef or a current Sous Chef looking for the next step. Our client offers a minimum of 3 night off a week and the standard 2 days off.
The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following:-
– Ensuring that all food produced is consistent and to the very highest standards.
– Ensuring that all Health & Safety requirements are met with support from the Head Chef
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of up to 25k. This is a great chance to earn a competitive salary while gaining further experience in a high end catering operation.
