Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their Gastro Pub. The property is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. All of the food is freshly prepared on site, working with the freshest of ingredients. The successful applicant will be expected to assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and training of new team members.
Our client is a modern yet traditional pub near Bath. Food is served all day every day including breakfast. The Gastro Pub has rooms as well as lots of other exciting outlets.
- Former experience at Sous Chef level
- Experience of busy Gastro Pubs and fresh food a must
- Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and Health and Safety
- My client is offering £24,000 per annum + 4K tips
- Great Drive and Passion
- Driver Preferred
