We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef for a 2 Rosette restaurant in the stunning Banbury area. You will be joining an experienced team serving a contemporary menu in a relaxed atmosphere. Experience in a Rosette/Michelin level preferable.


5/7 shifts per week doing 2 splits and 3 straights including 1 to 2 breakfast shifts


As Sous Chef you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Professional Chef experience – Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
  • Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous
  • Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
  • Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Cooking to 2 or 3 Rosette Standard.
  • Impeccably presented at all times
