As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:-
• Experience in a rosette environment
• The ability to work in a hotel and kitchen but also how to deliver a banquet.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and lead a team of chefs.
