We are seeking sous chefs and junior sous chefs in the Staffordshire area to work in our client’s hotel both in the restaurant and banqueting. This a great opportunity to work when you want and get paid £10-£15 per hour.
As sous chef, you will: –
– Have experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef.
– Be confident and competent to work on your own section.
– Come from a banqueting or a la carte background.
– Possess relevant qualifications & training – Jubilee can support you with refresher training.
This sous chef role involves: –
– Working in a busy, high volume and demanding kitchen.
– Following hotel menu and food specifications to ensure consistency and high standards.
– Ensuring that all health & safety requirements are met.
