Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but only seriously hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show a devoted love for the provenance and a clear path will be seriously considered.
The Head Chef has worked his way from the ground up working with a handful of Michelin Star Chefs. He knows how to treat people and he looks after, and develops his team.
