My Client is looking for a Sous Chef for their very busy Conference centre. This high-end facility produces very high volume daily for Conference and banqueting for both Buffet style service and also A la Carte service in the evenings. The Shifts will be a mixture of Breakfast and Lunch and Lunch and Dinner shifts and a rotation giving some weekends off also. The salary on offer is 29K but will stretch to 31K for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would have experience at 2 Rosette level and experience of Large Conference and Banqueting, i.e. Large 4* Hotels, Large Country House Hotels or high volume Gastro Pubs.
