I am seeking an ambitious and hungry Sous or possibly a Senior Sous Chef for a permanent position in this absolutely stunning, brand new concept in between Gloucester/Wye Valley region.
Farm and River fresh produce daily. If you love fresh ingredients, this place will beat anywhere you’ve worked before, hands down.
Fantastic basic 50 hour week, the rotas are locked down and the team is very well organised so NO ungodly shifts or being taken advantage of.
Fantastic plans for the future, this is a superb opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop.
