I am seeking a Sous or possibly a Senior Sous Chef for a permanent position in this absolutely stunning, brand new concept in the Gloucester/Wye Valley region.

Farm and River fresh produce daily. I promise you have never worked this close to the raw ingredients.

These guys and girls work a basic 50 hour week, NEVER any more; the rotas are locked down and they are very well organised.

Fantastic plans for the future, this is a superb opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop.
