- Salary £50,000 package
- 48 hours per week
- 3aa Rosette 40 cover restaurant
- Fully staffed kitchen (14)
- Fine Dining Tasting Menus with Wine Flights
- Banqueting of upto 125
- 5 – 10 weddings a year
- Serious hotel operator with huge amounts of progression
You will need to have had a stable a career – no job hopping – 1 – 2 years per role and at least worked at 3aa Rosette level.
