Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef for their unique venue in Stratford upon Avon.  The Site is looking to recruit a Senior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchens, to help provide consistent quality and provide a clear direction for the team.  The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in developing the team, as well as leading and motivating.  The successful candidate should be able to cook to two Rosette standard and lead from the top in a very busy and bustling environment.

 

Our client is looking for:

 

  • Keen eye for detail
  • Rosette Background or higher
  • Experience of Conferences and Banqueting
  • Managing the team in the Head chefs absence
  • Training new team members, Motivating and Developing the team
  • Computer literate
  • Driver preferred
  • Organised Individual able to deal with situations
  • To be able to Manage and Monitor Payroll

 

 

My client is offering £32,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday.
