Senior Sous Chef progression to head chef in 12 months West Midlands

A 1 rosette hotel in Bristol is looking for a Senior Sous Chef ideally with a hotel background offering a salary of £27000 – £29,000 48 hours per week.

As Senior Sous -you will be working in a team of 10 in the brigade including an all-important Breakfast Chef so there progression to head chef within 12 months available.

Covers in the restaurant are upto 80 and around 150 for a sit-down function

As Senior Sous Chef you will be working a mixture of early and lates – when on a late you will finish the latest 10pm
