Exceptional working hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm or 2pm -10pm

 

Requirements:

  1. two years’ experience as Sous Chef in fine dining restaurant, Hotel or Private Club
  2. Experience with BRITISH CUISINE and FRESH FOOD is ESSENTIAL
