Maybe you are a strong Senior Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous looking for that elusive step up?
*50 Hours a week maximum*
This luxury resort with 4 F&B outlets including Fine Dining, Banqueting and 2 x Bars, are seeking a Senior Sous Chef to manage the large brigade and assist with plans to develop the offering aimed at premium leisure users.
Experience in a similar large resort would be ideal, but all backgrounds will be considered, primarily looking for Chefs that have been producing large volumes from fresh ingredients. As long as you have the characteristics and the drive to develop into this management role, you will be seriously considered for interview and trial shift. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Training and development will be provided regarding stock control, managing waste, planning and organisation, motivating the brigade, daily checks, food quality and output analysis and you will take responsibility for working patterns and day to day operation on the front line.
