My client is looking for a senior sous chef to run the large banqueting operation at their site. This site is known across the world and would offer real opportunities further in your career. The site can do up to 600 covers at a time with an average of 2500 covers a week.


The role due to the nature of the business will offer frequent weekends and evenings off while giving the successful sous chef the opportunity to have input on menus and run the whole department.


The successful senior sous chef will have a strong personality for managing different characters, be accomplished at banqueting and have multi kitchen experience.
