I am seeking a Sous or possibly a Senior Sous Chef for a permanent position in this absolutely stunning, brand new concept in the Wye Valley region.


Farm and River fresh produce daily. You have never worked this close to the raw ingredients.


Commitment and dedication are essential, to match the existing teams, and you should be able to demonstrate this through your own work history. If you have worked at AA Rosette level it is perfect, however we are keen to interview Chefs who can show genuine commitment and love for the world of gastronomy.
