As Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

 

-Professional Chef experience preferably in a very high standard banqueting operation.

-The ability to manage and execute large high profile events.

-The ability to manage and develop a team.

-Driving licence and own transport due to rural location

 

The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

 

-Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.

-Operation and management of the entire Banqueting kitchen.

-Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

-Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
