Genuine food lovers will love working here… I am seeking a Sous or Senior Sous Chef for a permanent position in this absolutely stunning, brand new concept in the Wye Valley region.
There is so much passion for the raw ingredients here; from rearing their own farmed, and wild, natural product to the traditional preparation techniques, to dealing directly with the farmers and fisherman ensuring the sustainability of the livestock.
Commitment and dedication are essential, to match the existing teams, and you should be able to demonstrate this through your own work history. If you have worked at AA Rosette level it is perfect, however we are keen to interview Chefs who can show genuine commitment and love for the world of gastronomy.
Huge opportunity for you to prove your ability and progress further up the ladder in this stable and sound Restaurant operation.
