Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous chef in their Hotel in Birmingham city Centre. The Restaurant is looking to recruit a Sous Chef too support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. This is a great role with a very competitive salary for an energetic chef ideal for a Senior Sous Chef or a current Sous Chef looking for the next step. You will have great company benefits working for a great Restaurant and Hotel Group.
Our client is looking for:
- Stable Background
- Computer Literate/Experience of On-line Ordering Systems
- Experience of Conferences and Banqueting
- Strong Organised Individual
- Stock takes and Ordering
- Managing the team in the Head Chefs absence
- Training new team members
- Trained to a high culinary standard – 2 Rosette Standard
- Previous Hotel/Cruise Ship Experience Advantageous
My client is offering up to 28,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday. There is proven great speed of progression within the company for the right individual. The Hotel group is huge worldwide and this is a fantastic opportunity
