y client are searching for a senior sous chef for their outstanding hotel in Yorkshire. This role will be predominantly managing the banqueting part of the operation. Managing a small team to deliver around 250 covers at a time you will have a small separate kitchen to produce the menu


The sous chef would come from a hotel background be comfortable cooking good fresh food in the smaller dinner operations but equally comfortable with the mass production of food for the larger parties


The company are a niche part of a large nationwide group offering potential to grow with in under the guidance of the executive head chef and the group chef.


The successful applicant will be used to high turnover properties serving well produced food. Good man management skills are required as you utilise a brigade of 11 to keep up with the demands of this property. Experience in a rosette property would be beneficial but not essential.
