I have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in their very busy Property in the North of Birmingham. The 4* Property is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, with lots Conference and Banqueting as well as the fine dining restaurant. This is a very busy operation, which requires someone with a Hotel background and that can manage a large operation. This role is perfect for a junior Sous looking for the next step or a current Sous chef looking for a challenge.
In return for your Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of £30,000 per annum.
