As Senior Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous chef in a hotel environment.
- Proven track record within a commercial venue.
- The ability to manage and develop a team.
- Full understanding of budgets and financial targets.
In return for your superb people management skills and of course your ability to cook under pressure and organise the kitchen and the brigade, the client is offering a base salary between £27000 and £30000 in addition to a variety of benefits.
