My Client is a Beautiful Gastro Pub/Restaurant who is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef. The ideal candidate would have overseen some very busy kitchens as a Sous or Head Chef with similar experience of a busy Gastro Pub or Brasserie. My Client is very popular all year round and is a complete fresh food kitchen where everything is made on site. The site is busy for functions as well as Restaurant service. There is amazing fast-track progression to Head Chef for the right individual and great company incentives.
