Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef in a well-run established Four Star high end large Hotel in the West Midlands. The Restaurant is looking to recruit an experienced driven individual, who has the ability to work with two rosette standard of cooking and at the same time deal with a Banqueting as well as the Restaurant and a busy bar area.  This is a great role for the right individual and requires 100% Dedication. In return it offers a great salary package.

This a great opportunity with a very competitive salary for an energetic and hardworking chef, ideal for a very strong Senior Sous Chef or a current Sous Chef looking for the next step.  You will have great company benefits working in a great location for an award winning flag ship hotel.

As Sous Chef, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications to the role:

 

Former experience at Sous Chef level

Experience at Rosette level preferable

Driver Preferable

Being able to lead a team and inspire

Training new team members

Up keeping of the already high levels of hygiene and health and safety

My client is offering up to £28,000 per annum plus fantastic company benefits.
