SENIOR SOUS CHEF – 22K – DAY TIME ONLY – EVERY NIGHT OFF
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Full-time Chef in this brand new kitchen cooking to a high standard. The kitchen are looking to recruit an experienced Chef too run the kitchen at this brand new venture. The successful candidate would be required to run the kitchen producing a high standard of fresh food, placing orders, keeping immaculately clean and tidy, up keeping of all Health and Safety and minimizing waste. This is an ideal role if you are looking to have more free time and enjoy your evenings off or have a young family.
Our client is looking for
- Must have solid Rosette experience at 2 Rosette level
- Previous experience as a breakfast chef in a Luxury Hotel
- Previous experience at Sous or Head Chef level
- Ability to organise and run a small kitchen
- Driver essential
- Very organised individual
Pay and benefits
My client is offering £22,000 per annum and 28 days of annual holiday. Typical shifts 06:30-15:30/11:00-18:30

This Beautiful Kitchen is brand new and has had an enormous amount of money spent on it. Our client is very busy for breakfast and lunch.
