Senior Sous Chef – Events- St Pauls – £32K

Working within an Exciting Branded Events and Catering company, the capacity of the venue is up 840pp (but on average 450pp per day), and normally serves networking lunches with different hot and cold options.

We are looking for a dynamic chef who is keen and interested in new food trends and innovative. Managing a Team of five whilst providing support for the Head Chef in staffing/labour control & food expenditure as well as menu costing and design.

Experience in events is essential, events are our “bread & butter” although we have core business Monday to Friday there will be some weekends and evenings, so flexibility is important.
