Senior Chef de Partie – banqueting – £10.00 per hr West Midlands

A Senior Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working in an elegant 4 star Hotel in Derby.

This is a fantastic location as the hotel is situated in lavish landscapes of the Derbyshire country side but not too far from the Derby centre. The hotel boasts 120 rooms, 10 function & event rooms, bar & grill restaurant & a fine dining restaurant.

Due to the stunning location & magical functions space, the banqueting team are looking to add a Senior Chef de Partie to the kitchen brigade.

The Executive Head Chef is looking for an experienced Commis / Chef de Partie who comes from a similar hotel background looking to take on more senior role.

You will be paid hourly for this position which is great, as the minimum hours that you will work in a week is 40! So there is a great opportunity to earn well , if you choose.

This role is ideal for candidates who live in Nottingham, Derby, Burton Upon Trent and Chesterfield.

Due to the location it is important that you have your own transport.

What we will be looking for in the Senior Chef de Partie

Minimum of an NVQ2 in professional cookery

Have experience working in a hotel / banqueting environment

Obvious ambition, commitment and passion towards the industry

A good team work ethic
