Chef de partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in Telford. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food and has a desire to learn, progress and develop.

This is a tight knit team with a great working environment. There are no split shifts here as well just good old straight shifts.

This establishment is recognised as one of the stand out properties in the area with an outstanding reputation for first class service. This hotel has a fine dining restaurant, busy bar, conference and banqueting facilities and very busy on weddings.

This role is located to areas such like Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Telford and Stafford.

Salary:   £19,000 – £22000

As the Chef de partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Experience preferably in the Luxury Hotel environment.

– Consistently deliver a high standard food offering

– Good team work ethic

The Chef de partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Responsible for stock taking and ordering.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

-Day to day running of the kitchen.

-Training junior members of the team.
