A Senior Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working in a stunning branded 4 star Hotel in Derby.
This is a fantastic location as the hotel is situated in the beautiful landscapes of the Derby country side but still not too far from the Derby city centre. The hotel boasts 120 rooms, 10 function & event rooms, bar & grill restaurant & a fine dining restaurant.
The Executive Head Chef is looking for an experienced Commis / Chef de Partie who comes from a similar hotel background looking to take on more senior role.
You will be paid hourly for this position which is great, as the minimum hours that you will work in a week is 40! So there is a great opportunity to earn well , if you choose!!!

What we will be looking for in the Senior Chef de Partie:
Minimum of an NVQ2 in professional cookery
Have experience working in a hotel / banqueting environment
Obvious ambition, commitment and passion towards the industry
A good team work ethic
