I have a very exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef in the Warwickshire area which offers fantastic work/life balance.

The food offering is a high-end Gastro Pub offering Mon – Sat and a full 3 Course Sunday Lunch menu is served on a Sunday for lunch.

There is Conference and Banqueting Facilities available, so some Hotel experience would be a strong positive and experience of fresh food operations is essential. The ability to work on your own is a must and you must have the drive and organisational skills to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

Some senior level kitchen management is a must for this role.
