The Restaurant Supervisor will:
- Be in charge of the shifts and ensure the smooth operation of lunch and dinner service
- Identify training needs within your team, deliver training and maintain records for all restaurant staff
- Consistently deliver high quality service and ensure guest expectations are met
- Produce weekly rotas for the restaurant
- Report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for food and drinks
