A fantastic Restaurant Manager job with Live In, situated on the Isle of Skye, has become available at a world-renowned Restaurant with Rooms due to internal progression of the current Restaurant Manager moving up to General Manager.

The venue is a 3AA Rosette venue and could be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to elevate their career to the next level. Restaurant Manager job on Isle of Skye, Highlights:

• Base salary of £35,000 – £40,000 based on experience.
• Tronc/ Tips will add roughly £5,400 extra per year to your pay.
• 4 or 5 days per week depending on the seasonality.
• Christmas and News Years OFF work– The Restaurant is closed between roughly 20th December to 20th January.
• Set within a stunning location on the Isle of Skye – accommodation available.
• Save £££’s on cost of living through our live-in options available at local properties for only £275 a month (bills included). You will have a private bedroom with en suite within a shared house, and the properties include full Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry facilities etc.

• Reporting into the General Manager and working together to maintain the standards and ongoing progress of the venue.

Restaurant Manager job on Isle of Skye, Ideal Candidate:

• Experience at supervisory or management level within a Rosette, Fine Dining or equivalent Restaurant environment.
• Due to the location of the staff accommodation, access to your own vehicle will be required.
