Restaurant Manager – New Opening – Highly Regarded Chef – 35k London

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operation of a newly refurbished high-end tapas restaurant set along the banks of the Thames.

Our client has just invested heavily into this stunning restaurant, including the addition of a well know Executive Chef. There is a good chance that you may have seen the Head Chef a few times on the TV, so there is no doubt that this restaurant is going to be something special.

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to lead the team up front. Personality and drive is everything as you will be the face of the restaurant.

 

As the Restaurant Manager you will:

• Leading from the front – Ensuring that the team are delivering exceptional service.
• Working closely with the Exec Chef on devising the wine menu.
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week including payroll, beverage control and sales.
• Manage reservations
• Control operational costs

 

The ideal Restaurant Manager candidates will:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant manager
• Have fine dining experience, preferably at high Rosette or Michelin star level.
• Outgoing personality with immaculate presentation.
• Positive & can-do attitude!
• Experience of working in a similar property.

In return you will receive:
