A fantastic opportunity as Food & Beverage Manager in East Sussex (Uckfield) has become available at a 4* Boutique Hotel. This is a small luxury 17-bedroom Hotel, with a small Restaurant, lounge, terrace and an events space which can hold a maximum of 80 guests.
40 hours per week, happy to discuss working your hours across 4 days or 5 days per week depending on your preference.
This could suit someone who has experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a large Restaurant, or perhaps someone who has operated at Manager level in a smaller establishment. As a small venue, you will lead from the front and be the face of the F&B department, conversing and connecting with guests.
Food & Beverage Manager job in East Sussex (Uckfield) Highlights:
- £30,000 pro rata salary + service charge (approx. £250 per month).
- 40 hours per week – happy to discuss working your hours across 4 or 5 days per week.
- Live-in/ Accommodation can be discussed as a temporary or ongoing availability.
- Overseeing 4 permanent staff members along with a small handful of casual staff.
