Restaurant Manager, North London £55,000 | 50 Hours per Week | 5 Days out of 7

 

We are recruiting for a passionate, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager with private dining experience to lead the front-of-house operation at an exclusive fine dining venue in North London.

The Role

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and private dining spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all front-of-house operations across the restaurant and private dining areas.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the FOH team while remaining hands-on during service.
• Working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless service.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and customer care.
• Ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.

 

 

Working Pattern:

50 hours per week 5 days out of 7

 

 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Private Dining Manager or Restaurant Manager within an exclusive fine dining environment – private members' club or exclusive private dining operation is preferable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards achievable.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
