A fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the smooth running of a upmarket Hotels restaurant and Café located in the Cotswold and driving distance from Gloucester.

This incredible venue has 120 rooms, a Restaurant that serves fresh and seasonal food that is produced and sourced locally, a private dining room and Café that serves teas, coffees and array of freshly baked pastries.

 

As the Restaurant Manager you will manage these F&B outlets and due to the nature of the business it is a great opportunity to secure your career with one of the UK most high end and reputable contract caterers. The position offers great working hours with a 40-hr contract, you will get every Sunday evening and Monday off plus another day, so it’s a great opportunity to get a good work life balance whilst still working at a high standard.

 

As the Restaurant Manager you will be hands on and report directly into the General Manager.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Successfully overseeing all operational aspects of Restaurant and Café.

 

• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer relations

 

• Lead a small team of happy F&B staff.

 

• Delivering on the high service standards.
• Oversea departmental payrolls and budgets

 

• Ensure all staff are trained according company standards

 

• Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered too.

 

The ideal Restaurant Manager candidates will:

• Have experience managing a small restaurant of Café.

 

• Driven to deliver high standards

 

• Excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.

 

• Career focused

 

• Have their own transport

 

 

In return you will receive:

 

• A salary of 27k plus an achievable bonus structure

 

• 40 Hr contract
