Seeking an ambitious Restaurant Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the F&B operation within an outstanding independent Country House hotel.

Our client operates a 25-bedroom hotel with a fine dining restaurant pushing for further accolades as well as stylish wedding and conference facilities.

Known for being one of the best restaurants in the beautiful country side of the Malvern Hills, all the food is locally sourced and only the freshest ingredients are used.

As Restaurant Manager you will lead a small team have the skills to maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing revenue and controlling costs, whilst ensuring the highest service standards possible.

 

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Optimize profit potential in all Food & Beverage areas by implementing pro-active sales activities and controlling all costs.
• To manage and control the F&B annual budget
• Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
• Delivering on high service standards
• Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations

 

Ideal Restaurant Manager will :

 

• Love fine dining and be ambitious to win further rewards.
• Work at atleast an Assistant Manager level in a similar environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
• Be well presented and customer focused.
