Our client is a contemporary fine dining restaurant, looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to operate the restaurant and bar efficiently and profitably.

As the Restaurant Manager you will combine strategic planning and day to day management activities, you will have the skills to maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing revenue and controlling costs, whilst ensuring the highest service standards possible.

 

As Restaurant Manager some of the key duties would be to:

• Optimize profit potential in all Food & Beverage areas by implementing pro-active sales activities and controlling all costs.
• To manage and control the annual budget.
• Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
• Delivering on high service standards and creating detailed SOP’s.
• Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations

 

Ideal Restaurant and Bar Manager candidates will:

• Have held a restaurant manager title for a year however my client would consider an experienced assistant manager with a similar background.
• Come from a hotel Background would be a benefit.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
• Proven track record of sound financial planning and meeting revenue targets.
