Restaurant General Manager – Stunning Restaurant – 30k Gloucestershire

Seeking a talented and ambitious Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the contemporary fine dining restaurant located in Cheltenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing or a first time appointed Restaurant Manager looking to join an exceptional restaurant surrounded by a team with many years of experience at Michelin star level.

As the Restaurant General Manager you will have the skills to maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing revenue and controlling costs, whilst ensuring the highest service standards possible.

Being a passionate hospitality professional is key, someone who is hands on and drives the service standards, we are looking for someone who leaves a lasting impression on the guests as you will be the face of the restaurant.

As Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for:

 

• Optimize profit potential in all Food & Beverage areas by implementing pro-active sales activities and controlling all costs.
• To manage and control the F&B annual budget.
• Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Ownership of the drink and wine offering.
• Work closely with the Exec Head Chef.
• Delivering on high service standards
• Reservations and organising of reservations.

In Return you will receive:

• Receive a salary between 28 – 30k depending on experience with an achievable bonus structure between 5/8k.
• Autonomy to make decisions.
• Shift pattern working from Mon – Saturday, Sunday evenings off! Mon & Tuesdays off.
• Christmas and boxing day off
