• Salary £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus
• Mostly daytime
• Working 5 out of 7
• 48-hour contract
• 40 pence per mile mileage
• Pull car available (company car in the future)

As Regional Exec Head Chef you will be based mainly at one venue near Crawley but will oversee operations at 3 other venues but NOT on a weekly basis – you will be based at the flagship site. Each venue that you are responsible for has its own brigade consisting of a Head Chef, Sous Chef and other Chefs and Kp’s.

This Regional Exec Head Chef role is very varied and exciting from fine dining – retail food – banqueting where you will be exposed and responsible for:

• Food development & delivery
• Growth and generation
• Manage the kitchen rotas across all sites
• Stock levels and control.

The ideal Regional Exec Head Chef will have experience in events, sports stadiums or multi outlet operations and used to managing a large brigade. Due to the requirements of this Regional Exec Head Chef role you need to have a driving license and own vehicle.
