This particular opening will be based at our established Birmingham office and you will take responsibility for a Temporary Recruitment desk, supplying temporary Front of House support at all levels from Retail operatives (Kiosk) to Team Leaders.

This Recruitment Consultant role will occupy responsibility for growing a temporary Front of House recruitment desk through the continued successful placement of kitchen staff to meet client requirements. In addition, the following will be key activities you will be involved in: –

  • Sourcing & interviewing candidates and guiding them through the whole recruitment process.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs by promptly supplying Front o House Staff into shifts that need to be filled.
  • Building relationships and effective networks with clients and candidates.
  • Working to Key Performance Indicators and achieving recruitment targets.
