Busy pub in a glorious location has recently been taken over and the new owners are looking for a chef to join the team and help push quality, traditional, fresh food offering forward in this warm and cosy atmosphere.
Potentially a very busy site, this is an excellent opportunity to get on board at the start, and reap the bonuses and benefits once the business is performing again, with your help.
You should have experience in Gross Profit management and targeting, stock control, menu writing for traditional pub food and running the service under your own steam initially.
