A modern country bar is looking for a chef to support the head chef in the running of the kitchen. This is a great company to work for as there is a definite chance of career progression. All of the food is fresh and you will only be working 45 hours per week!!

 

As Pub Chef, you will offer the following experience;

  • Professional Chef experience a pub or bar.
  • Longevity in your previous roles
  • The ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
  • At least one year as a Chef de Partie

 

The Pub Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Experience managing a variety of sections is vital

 

In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £19000 and £21000 in addition to benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to further test your skills and experience in a very high quality food establishment with exciting ambitions to succeed and working alongside a strong brigade.
